1. General Terms

The warranty covers all parts of the speargun except for the spear, 
the rubber-slings, the wishbone and the cord. 

It only applies to Demka Spearguns branded products.

The warranty is valid in any country where Demka Spearguns has 
a support presence for its products and where Demka Spearguns 
has marketed this product. 

The Limited Warranty Period starts on the date of purchase of the 
speargun and lasts for 5 years. You may be required to provide
proof of purchase date as a condition of receiving warranty service. 

The replaced part or product takes on the Limited Warranty status 
of the removed part. 

All products or component parts replaced under this Limited Warranty 
become the property of Demka Spearguns.
